تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") وصولكم إلى تطبيق Vanilia واستخدامكم له، بما يشمل الألعاب، والتجارب المخصصة للأزواج، والحسابات، والاشتراكات، والمشتريات، والخدمات المرتبطة بالتطبيق.

باستخدام Vanilia أو تنزيله أو إجراء عملية شراء من خلاله، فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط.

إذا كنتم لا توافقون على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

قد يخضع استخدام Vanilia على أجهزة Apple أيضًا لشروط Apple المعمول بها، بما في ذلك اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple.

1. عن فانيليا

Vanilia تطبيق ترفيهي مخصص للأزواج، يقدم ألعابًا تفاعلية، وأنشطة رومانسية، وأسئلة، وتحديات، وتجارب مشتركة، وميزات أخرى مصممة بشكل أساسي للأزواج البالغين.

الوضعيات.

ألعاب وأنشطة مجانية.

قد نقوم بإضافة الميزات أو تعديلها أو تحسينها أو تغيير أسمائها أو إيقاف بعضها مع مرور الوقت.

2. العمر والأهلية

Vanilia مخصص للبالغين وغير مصمم للأطفال.

باستخدام التطبيق، فإنكم تؤكدون أنكم تستوفون الحد الأدنى للعمر المطلوب بموجب القوانين المعمول بها والتصنيف العمري المطبق على التطبيق في بلدكم أو منطقتكم.

قد تحتوي بعض التجارب على مواضيع مرتبطة بالعلاقات الزوجية ومحتوى موجه للبالغين.

أنتم مسؤولون عن تحديد مدى ملاءمة أي نشاط أو محتوى لكم ولشريككم.

3. الموافقة والراحة والسلامة

Vanilia مصمم لتوفير تجربة ترفيهية اختيارية بين بالغين متوافقين وراغبين في المشاركة.

لا ينبغي اعتبار أي تحدٍ أو نشاط أو اقتراح أو سؤال أو تجربة داخل التطبيق أمرًا إلزاميًا.

يجب على الطرفين:

المشاركة بإرادتهما.

احترام حدود الطرف الآخر.

تجاوز أي نشاط يسبب عدم الراحة.

التوقف فورًا إذا أراد أحد الطرفين ذلك.

تجنب أي نشاط قد يؤدي إلى ضرر جسدي أو نفسي أو غيره.

استخدام التقدير السليم بما يتناسب مع ظروفهما.

Vanilia ليس بديلًا عن الاستشارة الطبية أو النفسية أو الزوجية أو القانونية أو أي استشارة مهنية أخرى.

تبقون مسؤولين عن قراراتكم وتصرفاتكم وسلامتكم وتفاعلكم مع الشريك.

4. الحسابات

قد تتطلب بعض الميزات إنشاء حساب Vanilia.

أنتم مسؤولون عن:

تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند الحاجة.

المحافظة على التحكم بحسابكم.

حماية الوصول إلى جهازكم ووسائل تسجيل الدخول.

منع الأشخاص غير المصرح لهم من استخدام حسابكم.

قد يتم تسجيل الدخول من خلال خدمات مثل "تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple" أو وسائل تسجيل دخول أخرى يدعمها التطبيق.

5. ليلتنا وربط الشريكين

قد تسمح ميزة "ليلتنا" وبعض الميزات الأخرى بربط حسابي شخصين كشريكين.

عند ربط الحساب مع شخص آخر، فإنكم تدركون أن بعض المعلومات التي تختارون إنشاءها أو إدخالها قد تتم مشاركتها مع الشريك المرتبط عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا لتشغيل الميزة.

قد تشمل هذه المعلومات:

الدعوات.

المزاج المختار.

تفضيلات التوقيت.

اختيارات الأنشطة.

الملاحظات.

الشروط أو التفضيلات.

حالة الدعوة.

المعلومات المتعلقة بالتجربة المشتركة.

يجب ربط حسابكم فقط بشخص تثقون به.

Vanilia غير مسؤول عن طريقة استخدام الشريك للمعلومات التي تختارون مشاركتها معه عبر التطبيق.

6. المحتوى المجاني

قد تكون بعض تجارب Vanilia أو أجزاء منها متاحة دون دفع.

قد تختلف كمية أو طبيعة المحتوى المجاني بين الألعاب والتجارب، وقد يتم تعديلها في إصدارات مستقبلية.

قد تتيح بعض الألعاب جزءًا مجانيًا قبل طلب الوصول المميز، بينما قد تتطلب تجارب مدفوعة أخرى صلاحية وصول سارية قبل فتحها.

7. المحتوى المميز والاشتراكات

يوفر Vanilia وصولًا مميزًا اختياريًا من خلال اشتراكات متجددة تلقائيًا.

قد تشمل الاشتراكات:

اشتراكات خاصة بلعبة أو تجربة محددة.

اشتراك الوصول الكامل Vanilia All Access.

قد تتوفر مدد اشتراك مثل:

3 أشهر.

سنة واحدة.

قد يختلف توفر المنتجات حسب البلد أو المنطقة أو متجر App Store أو الجهاز أو إصدار التطبيق.

يظهر السعر الفعلي للاشتراك من خلال App Store قبل تأكيد عملية الشراء.

وقد تختلف الأسعار حسب البلد والمنطقة.

8. الوصول الكامل

يوفر اشتراك Vanilia All Access الساري وصولًا إلى تجارب Vanilia المدفوعة المشمولة ضمن صلاحية الوصول الكامل طوال مدة صلاحية الاشتراك.

قد تتم إضافة تجارب جديدة أو تعديل ما تتضمنه عروض الاشتراك وفقًا لإعدادات المنتج المعروضة للمستخدم عند الشراء.

وأي تغيير جوهري في نطاق الاشتراك سيتم التعامل معه وفقًا للقانون ومتطلبات المنصة المعمول بها.

9. اشتراكات الألعاب الفردية

يوفر الاشتراك الخاص بلعبة معينة وصولًا مميزًا إلى تلك اللعبة أو التجربة طوال فترة صلاحية الاشتراك.

شراء اشتراك لعبة واحدة لا يمنح تلقائيًا وصولًا إلى باقي تجارب Vanilia المدفوعة.

ويمكن للمستخدم اختيار الوصول الكامل بشكل منفصل عندما يكون متاحًا.

10. التجديد التلقائي

تتجدد الاشتراكات المتجددة تلقائيًا في نهاية كل فترة اشتراك ما لم يقم المستخدم بإلغائها من خلال حساب Apple.

يتم تحصيل رسوم الاشتراك من حساب Apple وفق السعر والمدة المعروضين من Apple عند الشراء.

يمكنكم إدارة الاشتراكات أو إلغاؤها من خلال حساب Apple أو إعدادات اشتراكات App Store.

حذف تطبيق Vanilia أو حذف حساب Vanilia لا يؤدي تلقائيًا إلى إلغاء اشتراك App Store.

11. معالجة عمليات الشراء

تتم معالجة جميع المشتريات والاشتراكات على iOS بواسطة Apple من خلال App Store.

لا يستلم Vanilia أو يخزن بيانات بطاقة الدفع الكاملة الخاصة بكم.

تخضع الفوترة والدفع والتجديد والإلغاء ومعالجة المعاملات لسياسات Apple والاتفاقية القائمة بينكم وبين Apple.

12. استرداد الأموال

تتم معالجة مدفوعات App Store بواسطة Apple.

يجب عادةً تقديم طلبات استرداد الأموال المتعلقة بمشتريات App Store إلى Apple، وتخضع تلك الطلبات لسياسات Apple وقراراتها.

لا يستطيع Vanilia إصدار استرداد مباشر لمعاملة App Store عندما تكون Apple هي الجهة التي تدير عملية الدفع.

ولا تؤثر هذه الشروط على أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك يمنحكم إياها القانون المعمول به.

13. استعادة المشتريات

يوفر Vanilia، حيثما كان ذلك مدعومًا، ميزة "استعادة المشتريات" لاستعادة المشتريات المؤهلة المرتبطة بحساب Apple الخاص بكم.

تعتمد عملية الاستعادة على قيام Apple بتوفير معلومات شراء صحيحة وعلى بقاء عملية الشراء مؤهلة للاستعادة.

14. المشتريات القديمة وصلاحيات الوصول الدائم

يحترم Vanilia المشتريات التاريخية الصالحة.

إذا حصلتم سابقًا على عملية شراء مؤهلة تمنح وصولًا دائمًا، فإن الهدف هو استمرار هذا الحق وفق نطاق عملية الشراء الأصلية.

تكون صلاحية الوصول الدائم المثبتة مقدمة على انتهاء اشتراك منفصل لنفس المحتوى.

وقد يشمل ذلك:

الوصول الدائم إلى لعبة تم شراؤها سابقًا.

عمليات شراء قديمة للوصول الكامل إلى التطبيق.

عروض أو مشتريات قديمة مؤهلة تمنح وصولًا دائمًا.

لن يُطلب من أصحاب المشتريات الدائمة المؤهلة الاشتراك مجددًا فقط للاحتفاظ بالمحتوى الذي تغطيه عملية الشراء الأصلية.

وقد يتم استخدام "استعادة المشتريات" لإعادة إثبات المشتريات القديمة المؤهلة عند الحاجة.

15. تغييرات الاشتراكات والأسعار

قد تتغير منتجات الاشتراك أو توفرها أو أسعارها مع مرور الوقت.

تتم معالجة أي تغييرات في الأسعار تؤثر على المشتركين الحاليين من خلال App Store ووفق إجراءات Apple ومتطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.

16. حذف الحساب

عندما يستخدم التطبيق نظام الحسابات، يوفر Vanilia وسيلة لبدء حذف الحساب.

قد تؤدي عملية الحذف إلى إزالة المعلومات المرتبطة بحساب Vanilia، مع مراعاة المعلومات التي يحق لنا أو يلزمنا قانونًا الاحتفاظ بها.

قد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض سجلات المعاملات أو صلاحيات المشتريات عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا من أجل:

حماية حقوق المشتريات الدائمة.

منع الاحتيال.

حفظ سجلات معاملات مطلوبة قانونيًا.

حل النزاعات.

الالتزام بمتطلبات أمنية أو قانونية.

حذف حساب Vanilia لا يؤدي إلى إلغاء اشتراك Apple.

يجب إلغاء اشتراكات App Store بشكل منفصل من خلال Apple.

17. المحتوى الذي يقدمه المستخدم

قد تتيح بعض الميزات إدخال ملاحظات أو دعوات أو تفضيلات أو إجابات أو معلومات أخرى.

أنتم مسؤولون عن المحتوى الذي تقومون بإدخاله.

وتوافقون على عدم استخدام Vanilia لإدخال محتوى:

يخالف القانون.

يهدد أو يضايق شخصًا آخر.

ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

يهدف إلى استغلال شخص آخر أو الإضرار به.

يتضمن برمجيات أو تعليمات ضارة.

يحاول تعطيل Vanilia أو أنظمته.

18. الخصوصية

يخضع استخدام Vanilia أيضًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية جمع المعلومات أو معالجتها أو تخزينها أو مشاركتها أو الاحتفاظ بها أو حذفها.

يرجى مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية قبل استخدام ميزات الحساب أو ربط الشريك.

19. الإشعارات

إذا منحتم التطبيق إذن إرسال الإشعارات، فقد يقوم Vanilia بإرسال إشعارات مرتبطة بـ:

دعوات الشريك.

نشاطات ليلتنا.

نشاط الحساب.

التجارب المشتركة.

ميزات التطبيق.

التذكيرات أو المعلومات المتعلقة بالخدمة.

يمكن التحكم بإذن الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز.

ونعمل على تجنب إظهار معلومات خاصة أو حساسة بشكل غير ضروري داخل محتوى الإشعارات.

20. خدمات الجهات الخارجية

قد يعتمد Vanilia على خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية لتشغيل بعض وظائفه.

قد تشمل هذه الخدمات:

Apple.

Firebase.

Google Cloud.

مزودي تسجيل الدخول.

خدمات الإشعارات.

وقد يخضع استخدام تلك الخدمات أيضًا لشروطها وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

21. الملكية الفكرية

تعود ملكية Vanilia وبرمجياته وتصاميمه وعلاماته ورسوماته ومفاهيم الألعاب وواجهاته ونصوصه ومحتواه الأصلي وشعاراته وحقوق الملكية الفكرية المرتبطة به إلى مالك التطبيق أو الجهات التي رخصت له استخدامها، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يتم منحكم حقًا محدودًا وشخصيًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وفق هذه الشروط.

ولا يجوز، إلا عندما يسمح القانون بذلك:

نسخ التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه.

بيع أو إعادة ترخيص الوصول إليه.

إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق.

تجاوز أنظمة الوصول أو الشراء.

استخراج أو إعادة استخدام أجزاء كبيرة من المحتوى المحمي.

استخدام علامة Vanilia دون إذن.

22. الاستخدامات المحظورة

لا يجوز استخدام Vanilia:

لأغراض غير قانونية.

لتعطيل التطبيق أو بنيته التحتية.

للوصول غير المصرح به إلى الحسابات أو الأنظمة.

للتلاعب بالمشتريات أو صلاحيات الوصول.

لتجاوز قيود الاشتراك أو الدفع.

لانتحال شخصية شخص آخر.

لنشر برمجيات خبيثة.

بطريقة تنتهك حقوق أو سلامة شخص آخر.

23. توفر الخدمة

نسعى إلى إبقاء Vanilia متاحًا ويعمل بشكل موثوق، لكننا لا نضمن تشغيله دون انقطاع أو أخطاء.

قد تصبح بعض الميزات غير متاحة مؤقتًا بسبب:

الصيانة.

المشكلات التقنية.

اتصال الإنترنت.

خدمات Apple.

Firebase أو خدمات خارجية أخرى.

توفر App Store.

توافق الجهاز.

تحديثات البرامج.

ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

24. التحديثات والتغييرات

قد يتم تحديث Vanilia مع مرور الوقت.

وقد تشمل التحديثات:

إضافة ميزات.

تحسين الوظائف الحالية.

تغيير التصميم.

إصلاح مشكلات تقنية.

تعديل محتوى الألعاب.

إضافة تجارب جديدة.

إزالة وظائف قديمة.

وقد تكون بعض التحديثات ضرورية لاستمرار استخدام ميزات معينة.

25. إخلاء المسؤولية

يتم تقديم Vanilia لأغراض الترفيه والتجارب المتعلقة بالأزواج والعلاقات.

وفي أقصى حدود ما يسمح به القانون، يتم تقديم التطبيق بحسب توفره وحالته.

لا نضمن:

ملاءمة كل تجربة لكل مستخدم.

عمل التطبيق دون انقطاع دائمًا.

بقاء جميع الميزات دون تغيير إلى الأبد.

تحقيق أي نتيجة شخصية أو زوجية محددة نتيجة استخدام التطبيق.

ولا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي ضمانات أو حقوق لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها.

26. حدود المسؤولية

في أقصى حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لن يكون Vanilia أو مزوده مسؤولًا عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه.

يبقى المستخدم مسؤولًا عن قراراته الشخصية وأنشطته الجسدية وتفاعلاته واتصالاته.

ولا يسري هذا التحديد عندما يمنع القانون استبعاد المسؤولية أو الحد منها.

27. تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول

قد نقوم بتقييد أو تعليق الوصول إلى Vanilia عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا بشكل معقول من أجل:

حماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة.

منع الاحتيال.

التعامل مع المخاطر الأمنية.

معالجة الانتهاكات الجسيمة لهذه الشروط.

الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.

وعندما يكون ذلك مناسبًا أو مطلوبًا قانونيًا، قد يتم تقديم إشعار معقول.

تبقى المشتريات الدائمة الصالحة خاضعة لحقوق المستهلك وللشروط التي تم شراؤها بموجبها.

28. شروط خاصة بـ Apple

يتم توزيع Vanilia من خلال App Store التابع لـApple.

وباستخدام التطبيق فإنكم تقرون بأن:

Apple ليست الجهة المسؤولة عن تشغيل Vanilia.

مزود Vanilia هو المسؤول عن التطبيق ومحتواه، باستثناء ما تنص عليه شروط Apple خلاف ذلك.

تتم معالجة معاملات App Store بواسطة Apple.

يخضع استخدام Vanilia على أجهزة Apple أيضًا لقواعد واتفاقيات Apple المعمول بها.

متطلبات أمنية.

متطلبات قانونية أو تنظيمية.

تغييرات في خدمات الجهات الخارجية.

سيتم تحديث تاريخ السريان عندما يتم تعديل هذه الشروط.

وقد يشكل استمرار استخدام Vanilia بعد دخول الشروط المحدثة حيز التنفيذ قبولًا لها عندما يسمح القانون بذلك.

30. حقوق المستهلك

لا تلغي هذه الشروط أو تحد من حقوق المستهلك التي لا يسمح القانون بالتنازل عنها.

إذا تبين أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتنفيذ، تستمر بقية البنود بالعمل بأقصى حد يسمح به القانون.

Welcome to Vanilia.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vanilia mobile application ("Vanilia", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), including its games, couple experiences, account features, subscriptions, purchases, and related services.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using Vanilia, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Your use of Vanilia through Apple platforms may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. ABOUT VANILIA

Vanilia is a couples-focused entertainment application providing interactive games, romantic activities, conversations, challenges, shared experiences, and other features designed primarily for adult couples.

Features may include, among others:

Our Night

Romantic Night

Wheel of Love

Violet

Love Yard

Vanilia

Positions

Free games and activities

Premium experiences

Couple-linked features

Invitations and shared activities

Features may be added, removed, modified, renamed, or improved over time.

2. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

Vanilia is intended for adults and is not designed for children.

By using Vanilia, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by applicable law and the age rating applicable to the App in your country or region.

Some experiences are relationship-oriented and may contain mature themes.

You are responsible for deciding whether any activity or content is appropriate for you and your partner.

3. CONSENT, COMFORT, AND SAFETY

Vanilia is intended to provide optional entertainment between consenting adults.

No challenge, activity, suggestion, question, or experience should ever be treated as mandatory.

You and your partner should:

Participate voluntarily.

Respect each other's boundaries.

Skip any activity that causes discomfort.

Stop any activity if either person wishes to stop.

Avoid activities that may create physical, emotional, or other harm.

Use reasonable judgment appropriate to your circumstances.

Vanilia does not replace professional medical, psychological, relationship, legal, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, safety, and interactions with your partner.

4. ACCOUNTS

Certain features may require a Vanilia account.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information where required.

Maintaining control of your account.

Protecting access to your device and authentication credentials.

Not allowing unauthorized persons to access your account.

Authentication may be provided through services such as Sign in with Apple or other supported authentication methods.

You may be responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

5. OUR NIGHT AND PARTNER LINKING

Our Night and certain other features may allow two users to connect their accounts as partners.

By linking your account with another person, you understand that certain information you intentionally create or select may be shared with that connected partner when necessary to operate the feature.

This may include information such as:

Invitations.

Selected moods.

Timing preferences.

Activity choices.

Notes.

Conditions or preferences.

Invitation status.

Shared experience information.

Only connect your account with a person you trust.

Vanilia is not responsible for how a connected partner uses information that you voluntarily share with them through the App.

6. FREE CONTENT

Certain Vanilia experiences or portions of experiences may be available without payment.

The availability, amount, or structure of free content may vary between experiences and may change in future versions of the App.

Some games may provide a free portion before requiring premium access, while other premium experiences may require a valid entitlement before access.

7. PREMIUM CONTENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Vanilia offers optional premium access through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Available subscriptions may include:

Individual game or experience subscriptions.

Vanilia All Access subscriptions.

Subscription durations may include:

3-month subscriptions.

Yearly subscriptions.

Availability may vary depending on your country, region, App Store storefront, device, or current App version.

The exact subscription price is displayed by the App Store before purchase.

Prices may vary by country or region and may be changed in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.

8. ALL ACCESS

A valid Vanilia All Access subscription provides access to paid Vanilia experiences included within the All Access entitlement during the period in which the subscription remains valid.

New experiences may be added to or excluded from subscription offerings depending on the product configuration displayed at the time of purchase.

Any significant change to subscription scope will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

9. INDIVIDUAL GAME SUBSCRIPTIONS

An individual game subscription grants premium access to the specific experience associated with that subscription while the subscription remains valid.

Purchasing an individual game subscription does not automatically provide access to other paid Vanilia experiences.

Users may separately choose All Access where available.

10. AUTO-RENEWAL

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled through your Apple account.

Your Apple account will be charged according to the price and subscription period displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account or App Store subscription settings.

Deleting Vanilia or deleting your Vanilia account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

11. PURCHASE PROCESSING

All iOS purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Vanilia does not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.

Billing, payment processing, renewal, cancellation, and applicable transaction handling are subject to Apple's policies and your agreement with Apple.

12. REFUNDS

Payments made through the App Store are handled by Apple.

Refund requests for App Store purchases must generally be submitted to Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable refund rules and decisions.

Vanilia cannot directly issue an App Store refund where Apple controls the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

13. RESTORE PURCHASES

Where supported, Vanilia provides a Restore Purchases function to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple account.

A successful restore depends on Apple providing valid purchase information and on the purchase remaining eligible for restoration.

14. HISTORICAL AND LIFETIME PURCHASES

Vanilia respects valid historical purchases.

If you previously acquired an eligible lifetime purchase or permanent entitlement, that entitlement is intended to remain available according to the scope of the original purchase.

Valid lifetime access takes precedence over expiration of a separate subscription for the same entitlement.

Examples may include:

Permanent access to a specific previously purchased game.

Historical full-app or full-access purchases.

Other eligible legacy permanent purchases.

Users with valid historical permanent access are not required to subscribe again solely to retain the content covered by that entitlement.

Restore Purchases may be used where necessary to re-establish eligible historical purchases.

15. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

Subscription products, availability, and pricing may change over time.

Any pricing changes affecting existing subscribers will be handled through the App Store and according to Apple's applicable procedures and consumer protection requirements.

16. ACCOUNT DELETION

Where account functionality is used, Vanilia provides a method to initiate account deletion.

Account deletion may remove information associated with your Vanilia account, subject to information we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Certain transaction or purchase-entitlement records may need to be retained where necessary to:

Protect permanent purchase rights.

Prevent fraud.

Maintain legally required transaction records.

Resolve disputes.

Meet security or legal obligations.

Deleting your Vanilia account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

You must cancel App Store subscriptions separately through Apple.

17. USER CONTENT

Certain features may allow you to enter or create notes, invitations, preferences, responses, or other information.

You are responsible for content you submit through the App.

You agree not to use Vanilia to submit content that:

Violates applicable law.

Threatens or harasses another person.

Infringes intellectual property rights.

Attempts to exploit or harm another person.

Attempts to interfere with the operation or security of Vanilia.

Notification permission can be controlled through your device settings.

Private or sensitive information should not be exposed unnecessarily in notification content.

Vanilia may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality.

These may include services provided by:

Apple.

Firebase.

Google Cloud.

Authentication providers.

Notification providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vanilia, including its software, branding, graphics, design, game concepts, interface elements, text, original content, logos, and related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to the provider of Vanilia unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not, except where permitted by law:

Copy or redistribute the App.

Sell or sublicense access to the App.

Reverse engineer the App.

Circumvent access controls or purchase systems.

Extract or reuse substantial portions of protected content.

Use Vanilia branding without permission.

22. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Vanilia:

For unlawful purposes.

To interfere with the App or its infrastructure.

23. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

Apple services.

Firebase or other third-party services.

App Store availability.

Device compatibility.

24. UPDATES AND CHANGES

Fix technical problems.

25. DISCLAIMER

Vanilia is provided for entertainment and relationship-oriented recreational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

Every experience will be suitable for every user.

The App will always be uninterrupted.

Every feature will remain permanently unchanged.

Use of the App will produce any particular relationship or personal outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanilia and its provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Users remain responsible for their personal decisions, physical activities, interactions, and communications.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

27. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

We may restrict or suspend access to Vanilia where reasonably necessary to:

Protect users or the service.

Prevent fraud.

Respond to serious violations of these Terms.

Comply with legal obligations.

Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice may be provided.

Any valid permanent purchase entitlement remains subject to applicable consumer rights and the terms under which it was originally acquired.

28. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

Vanilia is distributed through Apple's App Store.

You acknowledge that:

Apple is not responsible for operating Vanilia.

Vanilia's provider, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content, except where Apple's own terms state otherwise.

App Store transactions are processed by Apple.

Use of Vanilia on Apple devices is also subject to applicable Apple usage rules and agreements.

Apple's Standard EULA may apply to your licensed use of the App.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory Apple platform requirements, the applicable Apple requirement will govern to the extent necessary.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect:

Changes to Vanilia.

Changes to subscription offerings.
