هـ. معلومات الجهاز والمعلومات التقنية

يمكنكم تعطيل الإشعارات في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات الجهاز.
2. كيفية استخدام المعلومات
قد نستخدم المعلومات الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية هذه من أجل:
- توفير وتشغيل Vanilia.
- تسجيل دخول المستخدمين والتحقق من هويتهم.
- إدارة حسابات المستخدمين.

3. Firebase وخدمات Google
يستخدم Vanilia بعض خدمات Firebase المقدمة من Google لدعم وظائف التطبيق الخلفية.
وبحسب الميزة المستخدمة، قد تشمل هذه الخدمات:
- Firebase Authentication.
- Cloud Firestore.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Firebase Cloud Functions أو خدمات البنية الخلفية المرتبطة بها.
قد تقوم هذه الخدمات بمعالجة المعلومات اللازمة لتسجيل دخول المستخدمين، وتخزين بيانات التطبيق، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتشغيل وظائف الخادم.

4. خدمات Apple
يستخدم Vanilia خدمات Apple لبعض وظائف المنصة، ومنها:

5. مشاركة المعلومات مع الشريك

لا يقوم Vanilia بمشاركة بيانات حسابكم تلقائيًا مع مستخدمين غير مرتبطين بكم.

6. تخزين البيانات وأمنها

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بالمعلومات فقط للمدة التي تكون ضرورية بشكل معقول من أجل:

يمكنكم طلب حذف حسابكم والمعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة به، مع مراعاة المعلومات التي قد نكون ملزمين أو مخولين بالاحتفاظ بها لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو حفظ سجلات المعاملات أو المحافظة على صلاحيات المشتريات المشروعة.
عندما تكون ميزة حذف الحساب متاحة داخل التطبيق، يمكنكم استخدامها لبدء عملية حذف الحساب.

حذف حساب Vanilia لا يؤدي إلى إلغاء اشتراك App Store.
يجب إدارة الاشتراكات أو إلغاؤها بشكل منفصل من خلال حساب Apple وإعدادات اشتراكات App Store.
9. خياراتكم
بحسب الجهاز والميزات التي تستخدمونها، قد تتمكنون من:
- اختيار إنشاء حساب أو عدم إنشائه.
- اختيار ربط الحساب مع شريك أو عدم ربطه.
- التحكم في المعلومات التي تقومون بإدخالها داخل الميزات.
- تشغيل الإشعارات أو تعطيلها.
- إدارة الاشتراكات من خلال Apple.
- استعادة المشتريات السابقة المؤهلة.
- طلب حذف الحساب أو المعلومات الشخصية.
- التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت.
10. الأطفال
Vanilia غير مصمم للأطفال.
يحتوي التطبيق على تجارب موجهة للعلاقات الزوجية والأزواج، وهو مخصص لجمهور بالغ بما يتوافق مع التصنيف العمري المطبق على التطبيق.
نحن لا نسعى عن علم إلى جمع معلومات شخصية من الأطفال بطريقة تخالف القوانين المعمول بها.
11. معالجة البيانات دوليًا
قد يقوم مقدمو الخدمات الذين يستخدمهم Vanilia بمعالجة البيانات على خوادم موجودة في دول أخرى غير الدولة التي تقيمون فيها.

Vanilia ("Vanilia", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information associated with your use of the Vanilia mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Vanilia, how that information is used, how it may be processed by service providers, and the choices available to you.
By using Vanilia, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Depending on the features you use, Vanilia may collect or process the following categories of information:
A. Account Information
If you create or use an account, we may process information such as:
- Your account identifier
- Email address, when provided through a supported sign-in method
- Authentication information supplied through services such as Sign in with Apple or other supported authentication providers
- Account creation and authentication status
We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.
B. Couple and Partner-Linking Information
Some Vanilia features, including Our Night, are designed for use between partners.
When you use these features, we may process information necessary to connect and manage the experience between two accounts, including:
- Partner-linking status
- Couple or connection identifiers
- Invitation or pairing status
- Dates or timestamps associated with account linking or invitations
- Information necessary to determine whether two accounts are connected
C. Content You Choose to Provide
Certain features may allow you to create, select, or submit information such as:
- Invitations
- Night or activity preferences
- Mood selections
- Timing preferences
- Notes
- Selected preferences or conditions
- Responses or selections made while using interactive features
This information is used to provide the feature you requested and, where applicable, to share the relevant information with your connected partner.
Please avoid entering information that you do not want stored or shared through the applicable feature.
D. Purchase and Subscription Information
Vanilia offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We may receive and process information necessary to determine your purchase or entitlement status, such as:
- Product identifier
- Subscription type
- Purchase or entitlement status
- Expiration or renewal status
- Information needed to restore previous eligible purchases
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Apple processes payment information according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
E. Device and Technical Information
To operate and secure the app, certain technical information may be processed automatically, including:
- Device or app installation identifiers
- App version
- Operating system information
- Device language or locale
- Notification-related identifiers
- Technical logs required to operate, troubleshoot, protect, or improve the service
F. Notifications
If you allow notifications, Vanilia may use notification services to send messages related to app features, invitations, partner activity, account activity, reminders, or other relevant app functions.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

3. FIREBASE AND GOOGLE SERVICES
Vanilia uses certain Firebase services provided by Google to support backend functionality.
Depending on the feature being used, these services may include:
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Firebase Cloud Functions or related backend infrastructure
These services may process information necessary to authenticate users, store app data, deliver notifications, and operate backend features.
Google processes information under its own applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
4. APPLE SERVICES
Vanilia uses Apple services for certain platform functionality, including:
- Sign in with Apple, where available
- App Store purchases
- Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Restore Purchases functionality
- StoreKit and related purchase services
Apple independently processes information associated with your Apple account and App Store transactions according to Apple's privacy policies and terms.
5. PARTNER SHARING
Features designed for couples may share certain information with the partner account that you intentionally connect to.
For example, information related to invitations, selected preferences, plans, responses, or shared experiences may be visible to your connected partner when that is necessary for the feature to function.
Vanilia does not automatically share your account data with unrelated users.
You should only link your account with a person you trust.
6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Data used by Vanilia backend features may be stored using Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the app and requested features
- Maintain accounts and partner connections
- Preserve legitimate purchase entitlements
- Meet legal, security, or operational requirements
- Resolve disputes or enforce applicable agreements
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is stored.
Some purchase entitlement information may need to be retained to ensure that eligible previous purchases continue to be honored.
8. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to information that we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction-record, or legitimate purchase-entitlement purposes.
Where account deletion functionality is available inside the app, you may use that feature.
You may also contact us using the contact information below to request account or data deletion.
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings.
9. YOUR CHOICES
Depending on your device and the features you use, you may be able to:
- Choose whether to create or use an account
- Choose whether to link your account with a partner
- Control what information you submit through app features
- Enable or disable notifications
- Manage subscriptions through Apple
- Restore eligible previous purchases
- Request deletion of your account or personal information
- Stop using the app at any time
10. CHILDREN
Vanilia is not designed for children.
The app contains relationship-oriented and couples-focused experiences and is intended for an adult audience consistent with the app's applicable age rating.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Service providers used by Vanilia may process information on servers located in countries other than your country of residence.
Where required, we rely on appropriate legal and contractual mechanisms for such processing.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Vanilia may contain links to third-party services or use third-party technology.
Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that operate independently from Vanilia.
