إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه

تتم إدارة الاشتراكات التي يتم شراؤها من App Store بواسطة Apple.

يمكنكم مشاهدة الاشتراكات أو إدارتها أو إلغاؤها من خلال إعدادات الاشتراكات في حساب Apple.

حذف تطبيق Vanilia أو حذف حساب Vanilia لا يؤدي تلقائيًا إلى إلغاء اشتراك App Store.

إذا قمتم سابقًا بعملية شراء مؤهلة، يمكنكم استخدام خيار "استعادة المشتريات" داخل Vanilia.

وتستمر المشتريات القديمة المؤهلة التي تمنح وصولًا دائمًا بالعمل وفق صلاحية عملية الشراء الأصلية.

تتم معالجة مدفوعات App Store بواسطة Apple.

وتخضع طلبات استرداد الأموال الخاصة بمشتريات App Store لسياسات Apple المعمول بها.

Available subscription options may include individual experience subscriptions and Vanilia All Access.

Subscription durations may include 3-month and yearly plans.

Prices are displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by country or region.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple.

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting Vanilia or deleting your Vanilia account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

If you previously made an eligible purchase, use the Restore Purchases option inside Vanilia.

Historical eligible lifetime purchases remain supported according to the original purchase entitlement.

App Store payments are processed by Apple.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies.
